Corporate relationship Officer
Purpose of the Position
To provide client satisfactory by ensuring that their needs are fully met as per AAR's obligations to them with adherence to company rules and regulations under minimum supervision.
The successful candidate will be based in Dar es Salaam and will report to corporate relationships supervisor.
Key performance areas

1. Handling customer queries
2. Reports in renewal
3. Customer survey
4. Monitor clients
   

Duties Include

1. Constantly monitoring clients by being in {ouch to their maximum satisfaction -
2. Handling ail customer queries, mails, phones or walking clients
3. Creating and implementing strategies and programs that will ensure sustained retention of AAR’s client
4. Ensuring that reports e.g. Renewal notices are sent 10 clients 3 months before expiring date.
5. To facilitate and ensure that customer survey is done.
6. To ensure that funeral benefits in members are paid in time. -
7. Any other duties assigned to you by the customer service manager
   

Key Performance Measures:

1. High customer retention
2. Improved customer satisfaction
3. Minimum Level of customer companies
4. 3 corporate visits per week
   

Level of education, skills and experience

1. Diploma /Degree in human resources, Marketing or insurance
2. An insurance qualifications e.g. COP or higher will be as added advantage
3. Clear and effective communications skills
4. Good presentation skills
5. At least two years experience in customer service accounts
